CAMEO3 support was added in SCAL4

If you are using Windows, you may need to try to right click on the program and choose to "Run As Administrator" and then try to activate the software.

Send the SVG file to support@craftedge.com that is importing incorrectly.

Alternatively you can export as FCM which is the native format for the Brother machine.

If you are using gmail, make sure the emails are not going to the junk folder on mail.google.com,
or that you whitelist emails coming from support@craftedge.com
