Re: Fonts won't load
Fonts are not loaded into the SCAL program. They are loaded into your computer font file, and whatever is in there should show up in whatever program you are using, whether it be SCAL or Word or any other program that has writing abilities. Don't know why are fonts that are already loaded would not ...

Re: Exporting SVG in SCAL and Importing back into SCAL - Bug
Definitely a glitch. I'm using a PC with ECAL, and did just as your video showed, and the svg opened fine from the exported file. Sorry!

Re: Exporting SVG in SCAL and Importing back into SCAL - Bug
Gave this a shot in Illustrator. So, I imported an svg file into ECAL, added some text and exported it as a svg. Open it in Illustrator with no problem. Wrote some text on it, and resaved as svg file. When I opened it in ECAL, the text that I had written in Illustrator did not show up. The svg filed...

Re: ecal p2c with update using Eclips (not Eclips2)
I've been keeping most copies of all of the versions since they came out. Wonder if I should re-install the last version until things are worked out.

ecal p2c with update using Eclips (not Eclips2)
I've had a bit of time now to use the updated ECAL with my original Eclips, and like some of the features. Mostly it works just fine. Prior to the update, I had become a print2cut fanatic. I had it down and it was cutting perfectly. Since installing the new update on the software, my p2c cuts are no...

Re: Print to cut
Make sure your paper size is set to 12x12. If it's not, you're limiting the area and it will say that the registrations marks are not able to be placed. I just did a p2c, and cut nine 3.5" circles, and the registration marks printed less than a half-inch from the edge of the paper (they were ac...

I agree. This would be a great feature to add to SCAL/ECAL!

Re: How to find font
If your text has been changes to lines, you won't be able to locate the text with your text tool. The next best thing you can do it take a sample of your text (hopefully the letters aren't touching, and go to: http://www.myfonts.com/WhatTheFont/ You can download your sample image, and it will give y...
