Hope no one was seriously hurt. We have had a few of them here in Southern California over the last few months. Kinda scary...never know when it might be the big one we're suppose to have out here in California.
Glad your okay,
Syl

Make sure you have an item selected on your mat or you won't be able to see the resizing window in the properties tool bar. If you previously saved your work space, you might also try clicking on that work space on the tool bar (windows...then work space tab....then name of your saved work space)

Re: Metric option?
You can switch from inches to cm in the properties window. I just tried and the cm setting reverses back to inches even when you save the workspace.

Re: wedding favors -see
yes it does. now that i study it. but, it says it is a favor "bag". i guess that is why it has handles. hhhmmm ok, i am going to cut now. ;) Here a link to another box that looks similar to the box shown next to the cake in the photo. http://www.splitcoaststampers.com/resources/tutorials/...

Re: embossing
was wondering if you could turn an old blade upside down in the blade holder to make the plastic side of the cutter be used as an imbosser. I'm not into imbossing but I saved my old dull blades just in case I wanted to try it. Forgot to say as far as the soft mat, what about getting a square of fun...
