Sadly I do not believe she will be able to.....she would have had to have a version for MAC back when they were still compatible with the Cricuts........I do not believe Brandon is allowed to sell that version at all any longer even to someone who had it for a PC back then.....

Yeppers...have been using it for several days now and it is WONDERFUL!!!! Brandon will be posting it on the Craftedge page...just hasn't done it yet...It makes it SUPER SUPER SUPER simple to send a file to SCAL3......Brandon flat out ROCKS I tell ya!!!!

Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh....gotcha.......I read her post wrong then...I thought she was installing CD#2 which I didn't know what that was....I apologize......Well one last thought...have you tried to right click on the .exe file and select Install as Administrator?????

Super Cynthia....though it might not be your permanent fix at least you've been able to find a work around!!!!!! Yup, I'm super excited to use my machine :mrgreen: . The only thing I'm still trying to figure out is how to make a cutting mat ( although not really needed) I want to be able to lay car...

Once you have them all on your mat......do Control+A on your keyboard....and all the items on that mat will be selected.....then you can resize.....does that make sense????

You wouldn't want to remove your security but you can disable it temporarily....then once you have whatever it is you're trying to install then just restart the program or restart your computer and it should automatically restart.......does that make sense???

Also you need to make sure your "cutting shape" layer must remain open....you can set fill and strokes to both none...but the layer must remain open so it will print the registration marks on the page as well for proper alignment.
