Take your outside shadow W, and the inside one, and put a box around both or go to Object and Select all...then, go to Path at the top, and Back minus Front, or the other way around...Front minus Back...depending on the layer positions. Then if there is nothing else you need to do to your background...

If you have a serial number for your scal2 and it is not being used on the other laptops...then you can still install it...you just may have to contact support to deactivate it off from the others. Usually you can deactivate yourself from the Help section within scal, but if you forgot or your compu...

She is showing in scal 2 but should be the same, I think, in scal 3.
