Turns out I had the "show outlines only" box checked under the documents tab. Not sure how but that was the problem.

Fonts not filling
Is anyone else having trouble getting their fonts to fill? It is filled in Office but not in SCAL. When I try to change that nothing happens. Any ideas?

You would have to cut twice but it can be done. Make a shadow layer for each of the objects and then remove it from the mat for the first cut using the layer bar, cut your design as usual and then remove the design from the mat the same way and cut the shadow layer. Make sure that your mat is not bowed. It may need to be replaced.

Under the text menu there is an option to type on arch. The program does it for you.

Do a right click on the project and go to properties to see what kind of file it is. That may tell you what you need to do. You could also try opening it in Inkscape (free download) and then saving it as an svg again. Failing all that I would email Craft Edge and include the file so they can review ...

Have you checked here? In the upper right hand corner is a search field, enter the search term and I think you will find a lot of them. As for the one you found online, did you purchase a file, is it free, is it only a photo you saw? There are a lot of questions that would need to be answered before...
