Re: Troubleshooting mat moving on me please :*(

Thank you Oh so much Sandy, I am using a Silver Bullet Professional 13" wide machine. So I cannot turn the magnetic material horizontally. What happened is I rebooted the machine & lost the calibration settings etc...so my force & speed changed. I had to start from scratch but in the pr...

Troubleshooting mat moving on me please :*(

Dear Hopeful Helpers,

I am cutting this 5" x 19" rectangle out (DOUBLE CUT) but the second cut shifts off a bit :(

This project I'm doing requires accurate repeats.

Thank you,
Ken

Re: Saving to Dropbox issues...quick question

Thanks Sandy,
Version 5.025 (PC). I'm doing the test now. But, also...most times it takes forever to load up SCAL. Sometimes I need to wait over an hour. With regards to it taking a long time to save projects, I saw mention that it might be because of characters/fonts I have.
Best,
Ken

Saving to Dropbox issues...quick question

Hi everyone,

Wondering if this is a common fault of one thing or another. But when I save a SCAL project to dropbox...it takes forever! It never use to be like this. I mean it actually freezes up SCAL and hangs up my internet connection for a few minutes.
Thank you in advance for your time,
Ken

Re: Can someone help me with cutting accuracy?

Thank you very much Sandy,
I'm going to try it out after work. I use the Silver Bullet professional 13" cutter. I don't believe I calibrated it like this before...kinda excited.
I'll let you know how it worked out.
Thanks again,
Best,
Ken

Can someone help me with cutting accuracy?

Hi, I make templates for a musical device, accuracy (location wise) is important. For the most part...the cutouts (Horizontally) are locationally off. Seems like the wider the cutouts are APART from one another...the positioning suffers. Is there anything I can do to improve the location of these cu...

Hi Sandy,
Windows OS 10
I did change the folder name to something else ...then downloaded and installed it again. Same thing keeps happening, the library stays on the desktop.

Sincerely,
Ken

on Library. :*(

Hi friends,
I had everything fine with SCAL5 making customer products etc...til one day it just wouldn't get passed the "loading library" part. I don't understand it.

Sorry to bother,

My eyedropper isn't working :(

Hi nice people :)

I use SCAL 5 & for the life of me cannot get the eyedropper to work with an image that I placed.
It's probably a simple fix, could you point me in the right direction?

Thanks in advance,
Ken
