Craft Edge

I found them, they are now in a folder on my desktop. I had shut scal down when I reopened it, it said it did not shut down correctly. I think that is where I lost them. Question is how do I get them back into scal???

Is there a video tutorial for SCAL for Mac users. I am new to mac I have somehow lost my shapes in scal.
