Re: How long does tech support normally take?
The Customer Support from Craft Edge has always been soooo much better than that from Provo Craft, but I wish they would allow telephone support. I'm in the middle of a big project and have waited all afternoon to hear back from them.............sigh................

How long does tech support normally take?
I've been running SCAL successfully for about 18 months, including the latest upgrade purchased on 22 July 2009. This morning it was working fine on a big project for back to school. Then I had to shut down and reboot and now every time I try to start SCAL, I get an error message that the trial vers...

Update problem.......do you know what to do?
I've updated my SCAL and every time I click on an image, I get all the blue bubbles with the directional arrows, but the minute I click on one of them to stretch it or something, they disappear and I can't use any of them. Does anyone have an idea what's going on??

Craft Edge - any progress yet?
Any idea on how much longer before SCA will be compatible with the latest update by PC? I'm not going to keep switching back and forth and I want to use my SCA.
Please give us a progress report on how you're coming getting a new SCA update ready.
Thanks

I'm losing my mind....please help...
I swear it's a wonder I get both shoes on in the morning. I know a few days ago I saw a cut file for sort of a build a flower design. It had the same shaped petal in different designs so you could pick one petal, cut multiples and make a flower or make a flower with different designs on each petal. ...

Re: Free SVG files
Her work is gorgeous and she's so wonderful to share. I've got a question though. I printed one today with the Cricut and pen and on the part where she has her name and credits, I'm afraid if I cut it, that it will just cut that part of the cardstock to mush and make it jam. Is there a way to remove...

When PC updates the DS for new cartridges
I know many of us had problems with our SCA cutting up our designs when we installed the last update by PC. They will be coming out with a new update soon to incorporate all the new cartridges and I wondered what we would do then. I emailed Todd and here is his reply: Hi Susan We cannot say at this ...
