What am I doing wrong? I am new and need step-by-step instructions. I want to use Susan's edges and lattice cards. I have downloaded the fonts, unzipped them and they are in the fonts. Then I downloaded the pattern to a folder documents\sure cuts a lot. It does not open. Many times when I try it ope...
