I have a brand new eclips2 and ecal and when I cut a typewriter alpha the top 50% of the mat cuts fine but the bottom half goes wonky cutting into the upper half. Also when using the multi cut is fine except for the bottom half, it makes the first cut fine then when it make the second cut part of it...

I downloaded the newest version of eclips (usisng a mac) and cut a few projects from svgscuts.com successfully then all of a sudden the program freezes or spits out the mat during the first couple of minutes but keeps cutting anyway. what software do you use?
I saw a demo on line where the Singer embroidery machine where they scanned an image and imported it into the singer software and then stitched it.

I use these all the time. I appreciate Heather and people like her who are so creative that allow me just to craft and out of a heart of gratitude I donate to these people.

yes, I use true 110lb weight, stampin up has a nice 80lb weight that is nice, too. Michaels has artist paper that you can cut down to fit your mat and that is nice too.

I just read about the settlement with MTC.......I was going to "play" today but now I just can't find the heart.
