Actually, in Oracal's sample Color Guide, #631 is rated for outdoor durability for 3 years. I would guess that would mean it could be exposed to rain and still stay on for that length of time.

I believe 'PC's vinyl' is what is marketed by ProvoCraft; but, unless things have changed, that's actually Oracal 631 (look at the backing on the vinyl sheet).

I just replaced my C***** with a Black Cat Lynx--love it. Best cuts I've seen yet. Little bit of a learning curve, but worth it. If you want an easy gauge to make sure something is the same size as what it was when you scanned it--cut (or punch if you have that size punch) a 1" square and scan that along with the item(s) you want to use. Then you can scale down the scanned image until that little square is 1" again....
