Craft Edge

So I am looking for a alligator on a motorcycle. Anyone got any ideas? They are a HUGE University of Florida Gators fan and they ride a Harley. Dont want it to be too cartoony...but I am not very picky at this point! LOL

Need a Tumnus from Narnia file. Hes the half goat/boy with horns. Its for a school project.

Can anyone help me convert these files? I have tried and then when I import them into SCAL its looks like all the layers are moved around. Thanks for your help!
