Here is something interesting. I had the install file for 4.069. I uninstalled 4.075 and installed 4.069 and have had no problems with my cuts. The problem started after one of the last updates. I sure looks like a software issue.

SCAL 4 cutting problem
I have been SCAL 4 with a graphtec cutter for almost 2 years now with no problems. It looks like after an update to SCAL 4 just a couple weeks ago something has gone wrong. Now often when a send a cut to the cutter everything is shifted to one side or another just a small amout and it falls outside ...
