Hi! 
Maybe I missed this somewhere but I wonder if plain (clear) window clings ( like those at Xmas, etc. that we put on our windows.) can be cut with SCAL/Cricut and colored? And if so 
where can I purchase it?

Nevertheless the shelf you met...has vinyl supplies all set!
Enjoy and you may want to use sticky notes with little reminders on them, and put THEM...where you can remember...
