Thank yuu so much for working on it!!! But when I open it I can not view the picture...... any ideas?

I am looking for an Angel who can help me.... I am in need of this file for Sure cuts a lot 1.0 for this evening, however I am at work and can not inkscape it here. Can anyone work on it for me and covert it? pretty please? I wouldnt ask if I didn't have too......
