I have just loaded my new laptop with windows 7 professional and on the side of the box it says to get the XP mode to go to the microsoft site and download it acknowledges i have the right windows software for the xp download but when we click download nothing happens. Any one got any advice please....

Someone on another forum updated her firmware and updated her design studio and now her scal program does not work since she did these updates,was wondering if anyone else has had these problems recently,as have not used my machine for a while and do not want to update and lose scal.

todd was good enough to get back to me,but the download of 2023 made no difference still cannot use the current version,but 2011 is no bother but i will miss all the nice upgrades

Does anyone else have problems with this version crashing constantly when trying to use it,am going to contact todd,but i never seem to get an answer if its not sorted i will have to revert to the 2011 version.
