Craft Edge

It has been great up until the last software update.
Now when I use the eraser it leaves the actual lines and path I erased and it cuts it out!
How do I fix this please.

I am having this same issue right now and its driving me crazy because I cannot design like this on the work space.
What is the deal?
Im importing SVG files and they are only showing up if I hover over them.
It has nothing to do with the art palette of fill and line because that does nothing.

I have a Silver Bullet professional series, Sure Cuts a Lot 4pro Have had for almost two years no problems, today I try to cut my stencils and keeps stopping mid cut!!!!!! Used for business so I cannot be down like this. Using Windows 10 I have to shut the machine down and try to find my start point...

I have found plenty of tutorials on how to shape text but nothing on how to shape a png or svg file opened in pro?
