It's been awhile since you posted, I hope you have figured it out but my first thought is your cutter driver installed and have you selected it in the printer list. The svg file is already traced so I believe you should be able to go to the cutter menu and select cut.

Thanks , it took me a little time getting back into the settings for my Epson printer, which was setting the print margins correctly also, to "see" what I was missing.
Starting to get a hang of the program, which is amazingly good at what it does.

Thanks Susan, my question really is about the margins or put another way how much distance must the reg marks be away from the edge of the paper to print them. If there is an invisible border of (.xx inches) from all sides of the paper that the reg marks can not print then I can plan for that. What ...

I've been working on some geometric shapes,1x2 inches using heavy wc paper speed 4 pressure 6 2 cut passes but wondering how thick I can go, hoping about twice as thick. Any recommendations on a printable (Epson inkjet) heavy wt paper.
