This worked for me. Thanks!

Re: scal 2 freezing??

The only time it's been freezing for me is if I'm moving/resizing something and I hold the mouse button down while trying to decide where to do it. It's like the system doesn't like my hesitation. So i've learned to click, drag, and drop. No hesitations AT ALL. It also doesn't like it if you cut som...

Re: CROP?

Exactly - check first. Not all hosts will allow it. But if they do, you can definitely make a nice sum of money! Figure out your costs NOW because people will be asking you for all sorts of cuts. :) I went to one that had an album embosser there (I knew ahead of time they'd be there). I brought the ...

Re: CROP?

Hmm... usually a Crop refers to scrapbooking (cropping your photos). Lots of people now go to Crops and digitally scrap. Some people do both. LOTS of people bring their Cricut's with them in order to cut titles and other things for their layouts. AT least that's been MY experience with Crops. I'm go...

Ok that was weird. I just tried one more time for yucks & giggles and it worked. I didn't do anything different.

Re: Does anyone have a Sword, or something "knight-like"?

Hmmm... I keep getting an error. I even tried opening the file in SCAL1 and it didn't work in that one either. I saved it as a .scut file and I've tried both importing the .svg and just opening the .scut and neither will cut. :(

Re: Does anyone have a Sword, or something "knight-like"?

Thanks! That should work (and I can make a sword to go with it - I'm sure I can figure one out). Now if I could get SCAL to stop crashing while I try to cut it. Grrr... This is the first time this has happened to me.

Does anyone have a Sword, or something "knight-like"?

I tried searching for both "knight" and "sword" and didn't come up with anything. Does anyone have a sword or shield? I'd love to be able to cut one for a scrapbook page I'm doing. :)

Thanks!
