I sent a zipped file to someone using flexi. I don't know which version they use. They tried opening an EPS file from me and it will not give them all of the design. Is there a special way to export a file so someone using flexi can open it???

I use INKSCAPE to save my SVG files in other formats. Today when I tried to import a file, it shows us differently than it does in SCAL. Before I exported the SVG file in SCAL, I took the background out of an area by using PATH, back minus front...But when I open in IS, the background is still there...

No, the entire image just disappears. This has happened on several occasions.

I purchased a new cutter and it came with SCAL PRO.
I would like to put it on my laptop that does not have a disc drive. Is it possible to download online and use the serial number from my disc to activate??

When you click FILE and see the options of OPEN PROJECT and IMPORT, what is the difference???

Just purchased SCAL4 and completed my first project. I have SCAL2 and will use it to cut on my old Cricut. Soooo, if I can create something in SCAL4, will it work when I send it to SCAL2 (IF IT IS NOT doable IN SCAL2)... I did a pattern on my letters, but when I send it to SCAL2, patterns don't show...

I have had SCAL2 for YEARS! I have used it with my Cricut. I have lots of issues with the program and need to upgrade, BUT have no idea where to go from here! Please help!!!
