Craft Edge

Is anyone else having an issue with loading and unloading taking quite awhile to react.

I am having an issue, when I send the commands to load/unload/cut to my Eclips 2 (using Bluetooth) it takes around 30-45 seconds to respond. Does any one have a solution. It is becoming very time consuming as I am trying to finish a project.

I tried but because it is not straight, but curved lines I even tried the crop option to no avail.

Thank you, I deleted the files. I do not know how to use Inkscape, I will try to contact the person I purchased them from and see if she would be willing to correct the problem
