Business Card
It took some doing, but I finally figured out how to make
business cards using print and cut with Cameo 3 and
silhouette studio basic. I also made a matching label
for my business card case using printable vinyl.

Re: Image Size for Print and Cut
Business Cards for Cameo.svg The Cameo 3 doesn't have the option for changing the reg mark thickness. It's more of a plug and play cutter. Go to your File>Print and click on Properties and make sure you haven't selected something like Fit to Page. Every printer is different, so not sure what your o...

Re: Image Size for Print and Cut
The lack of adjustable registration marks in SCAL for the Cameo is why I never paid to upgrade to SCAL4. Silhouette Studio will allow you to adjust both the size and location of the registration marks. Yeah I kinda feel like I wasted my money with scal4. I couldn't get this to work in studio either...

Re: Image Size for Print and Cut
Thank you for the reply. I'm using SCAL 4 with a cameo 3 cutter. There isn't anything in the cutter settings that indicate to me that I can move the registrations marks unless it has something to do with the 4 buttons over top of my document. 2 are for zoom and the other 2 I don't know what they are...

Image Size for Print and Cut
Just how small does an image have to be to be able to print and cut? I'm trying to do a sheet of 8 business cards. The entire document measures 7 x 8 which I'm trying to print on an 8.5 x 11 paper. I keep getting the error that the registration marks won't print because they are outside the print ar...

Blade Offset
I read this on the SCAL website: "The Blade Offset value can be changed in the Cutter Settings window which can be accessed by choosing Cutter Settings from the Cutter menu or clicking the Settings button in the Cut window," but I can't find any such settings. Also I can't find where to cr...

Re: Cameo 3 cutting off the top of the paper
I have a similar problem. I'm using the cameo 3 with SCAL 4, and it seems the cutter won't even read the entire design resulting in incomplete cuts. I have no clue how to scale my designs to fit within what appears to be a random cut area, and apparently, neither does Craft Edge because I have yet t...

Re: SCAL 4 -- Cameo 3
My issue is the cut border with the cameo 3 mat. There isn't one in SCAL 4, and I've had no reply from craft edge support about this. I lose the top portion of my designs in the cut, and I have no way of knowing where the proper placement for my vinyl should be on the mat. Do you have any info about...
