where do you get the activation code and the site code is kind of dim numbers.....I wrote the company, but I sure hope I hear back soon 'cause we are so ready to play and I need SCAL to do what we want to do

I am using my cricut thru my harddrive.....at my sister in laws house....I installed my SCAL 2 on the hard drive.....got it to all come up on my screen....hit print....there are 2 lines going thru my design...does that mean it's in the trial version? What do I do ...I'm typing in my serial numbers? ...

I just recently installed SCAL 2 about 2 weeks ago or so....so does this update apply to me?

I'm making a gift for a wedding present and the wedding is in about 3 hrs....and for some reason the only font I can get to show up on my SCAL is Arial.....always before I had a whole selection to pick from . I click on font but the library does not appear. What am I doing wrong...I'm getting so fus...
