Ok, so now I trashed and reinstalled to my mac. Again, IT WORKS! 
Just a glitch in the software? Anxious to know if there is another solution. (or a software update?)

My husband noticed my frustration, and suggested I use his Mac. So I downloaded the software to his, lo and behold, it worked (just like mine did a few days ago!). Looking forward to someone telling me the (probably) one little thing that I don't have set up correctly that will make my problem go aw...

I have SCAL 3 (very recent purchase) and a new Silhouette Cameo. I have cut using the program on one occasion. I don't know of anything I am doing different today, but I get an error message that tells me that it can't find my Silhouette machine :( . It tells me to make sure it is connected and on (...
