Publisher generally outputs vectors so if you install a PDF driver like Bullzip you may be able to save vector PDFs that will import right into SCAL. Here's a related blog post with some details. I never would have guessed that because in Inkscape the outset leaves so many nodes I just assumed it was that way in other programs. cmsmith, In SIlh Studio go to the cut styles pane. click on the horizontal scissors. Laura, You don't have to tile. Click on the HD download button and scrapcoloring will give you a png big enough for 12 x 12 at high resolution. So then its just like any other digital paper. I didn't know what a square on point was but since Angel's answer clarified it for me I'll tell you a quick way to do this: Select the rectangle tool, press the control key (to contrain to square) and click and drag to draw a square. press s to select the square (or click away and click back on it) ...

Thanks for sharing that, Ineke. I thought it might be easier on the eclips and it definitely is because you only need the dots and not the L brackets! Have you posted that on a blog or anything because I know a lot of Zing people would be interested in that.

I have just worked this out with a Silh, and you may be able to use a similar technique with the eclips.
