Blackout feature is great for straight up cut files, but for paper piecing, the idea is to build them up and make the characters/objects dimensional, using inks and/or chalks, and yup there is a bit of time involved in popping them together but you soon get the hang of it, I have 5 kids in my house,...

SCAL way surpasses anything else I've seen or heard of and as for PC pffffffffft they should have listened to their customers. You can cut just about anything you want with this program and there are soooo many places on the net to find free svgs and of course in the forum here. It's an easy program...
