Thanks for the response. We are already on the newest version because we just installed it last week from the SCAL website. I'll check out the FB link. Hopefully they have a solution.

Cricut Expression leaving uncut gaps
My wife has a Cricut Expression 1 that we have connected via USB to a windows 10 laptop using SCAL 5. the software works great.
