hi sandy, I am having the same issue. my scal opens for a second and then closes with an error on my Mac. os 10.15.6. this just started. I have deleted and reinstalled to no avail. should I delete my projects and designs folders? if so, where are are they located. I have scal 4 too, so I am not sure...
