I just downloaded the trial versions and dont see a cutting mat. I get 3 small screens one is says shapes and ones say preview and the other I guess is where you add your library files. Something like that. Does anyone have an idea what the problem might be? She already uninstalled and re-downloade...

I'd like to know, also. If I'm not using Design Studio, is there any benefit to downloading the upgrade, like new features or something? Thanks!
