Thank you it actually was I had to check which cutter I had. After I did that it worked.

I deactivated scal 5 on my old computer reinstalled it on my new computer registered it activated it and now when I try to change a cut line to a draw line there is no options at all under cut line type under the tools/wrench. I have the design selected. I've tried it with words and objects. I don't...
