Hi. I imported a png to create an svg.
When I imported it, it changed the size.
When I resized it, in ecal, then exported, it again changed the deminsions.
Can anyone tell me what I need to do to get this to stay at the correct size?

I am trying to do a subway art, and instead of cutting, I want to use the pen feature (I have the pen holder), and Draw/write out the design.
I tried it and it only prints/draws parts of the letters.
I tried doing a search, but did not get any returns that answer this question.

I know...sizzix says its the first they have heard of it.
Weird considering it happened with my old computer and my new one.

HI I am trying to do the split letter monogram.
Many people recommended the REGAL font.
Well, there are so many nodes in it, that the cut actually ruined my paper.
Can anyone tell me how to reduce the nodes and get a cleaner cut.

HI. I FINALLY got a new computer. I am installing my ecal software from the website. I have the serial number of the machine and the big long serial number they sent me. No matter what I do, it will not let me activate my software. Is anyone well versed in this that I can get this up and running ......
