I have to make a project and would love to cut out tons of Top Hats like the Mad Hatter from Alice in Wonderland. I have found a nice top hat but it does not have that whimsical shape like the Mad Hatters. My search did not find any like that. Just wondering if anyone knew if one existed already or ...
