Overlay cutting question

I have a new Cameo and I'm trying to figure out how to cut my overlay to a 12x12 size. It is a frame with a couple of boxes in it to add pictures. I have it centered on the mat but I can't figure out why some of the outside edge gets cut off. After I cut it out 3 times I decided to just make it 11.7...

I don't think I'd spend anymore of my money on their junk that never seems to work the right way. I love SCAL and I'm glad I found it early on because I've saved lots of money and aggravation.

Thanks for the info. That is what I thought. I am interested to see if she is able to get it to work. I have read that if it cuts at all it cuts in trial mode only. I am so glad I purchased mine before the lawsuit because I love it. I am waiting for my Cricut to die so I can get a Cameo and use SCAL3.
